Shipping guidelines

• Currently only shipping to Domestic US.

• Once a transaction is confirmed, your order will be processed and will be shipped (1-2 days usually)

• We usually operate Monday-Saturday. We rarely process or ship out orders on weekends.

• We SOMETIMES do not ship to California on most or some listings, so please ask if your state is available before ordering. If end up in a state that im not able to ship to, I will simply keep the money.

• If you are ordering flower, WE DO NOT SHIP TO SCHOOL OR COLLEGE CAMPUSES.

• We cannot always guarantee strain requests.

• Safety is KEY to us - Our packaging/stealth has been proven to be successful.

• We ship to PO Boxes.

Please have patience and refrain From Messaging us for tracking Information currently. The USPS is having a tremendous time getting things to you on time. This is nothing to worry about some packages are just not touching down as quickly. We simply do not provide tracking unless its outside of the shipping window generally 9 days after Shipment date. (The mail sometimes has random outages)

You can track your order anytime by going to USPS.com selecting the Informed Delivery. Signup before You order or shortly after.


Note: Informed delivery doesn't always show your package or sometimes its delayed for showing scans.

Note if package is returned or delivered due to incorrect address or fake name we simply can not be held liable. We cant receive returned packages.)

refund policy

all disputes will be investigated and a partial refund or replacement will be issued if deemed lost or order error. note: please follow shipping terms to avoid delivery issues. we recommend recording yourself opening the package and testing the product to further help your case.

  • if a resolution is a discount on your next order, you have a week to redeem it or t will expire.
  • if you do not respond to me during an active order within 24 hours, the order is considered finalized. (no refunds even if product is damaged or have not arrived, maintaining active communication is important).
  • you have 24 hours to dispute/report something is wrong with your order. after 24 hours has passed, its not my responsibilty/fault.
  • chats are deleted for security purposes.
